I am a sexual and women's health and empowerment expert with decades of experience. I have demonstrated expertise as a digital product producer/product lead, digital tech strategist, LMS builder, e-learning innovator, curriculum developer, and multi-media instructor. 

Specializations include: sexual and reproductive health, digital SRH tools, virtual trainings, LMS & CRM development, project management. 

Certified as a sexuality educator, self-defense instructor, domestic violence advocate and white-water rafting guide.

What I do for fun nearly always involves being a loud, sassy joy-spreader while experiencing big laughs and adrenaline highs with a group. Yep, you guessed it, I'm usually the ring leader too! 

Sometimes my "fun" involves being alone, quiet and reflective during a solo activity in nature. 

The activities stretching across my "fun-spectrum" are all amazing stress reducers and, IMHO, are the real key to living a truly happy life! 

My current fun hobbies include white-water rafting (my river guide nickname is "Duck-E"), ocean or river IKing (inflatable kayaking), 

rock stacking, snorkeling,

moped riding, wine tasting, 

weekend retreats, and jig-saw puzzles.

Holiday-specific hobbies include perfecting my witch cackle every Halloween and making my homemade, slow-cooked custard-like eggnog every Christmas (yes, it is thick and delicious!).
